Minimal requirements to access Curie

The minimal requirements for accessing Curie Phase 1 for Preparatory Access calls and Regular calls are:

Curie Fat nodes (phase 1)

Preparatory Access calls

Regular calls

Number of cores

Memory used per node

4GB/core max

Threads used per task

No minimal requirement

As an example for accessing Curie for a Preparatory Access calls the given code must show proven scalability above 1024 cores or above 512 cores with 64 GB of memory used per node or 256 cores with 16 threads allocated per task.
