Defence computing facilities

The CEA scientific computing complex serving defense is located on the Bruyères-le-Châtel site (DAM/Île de France). It hosts one of the largest European computing complexes. It is managed by the Department of Simulation and Information Sciences (DSSI).
It includes the large DAM infrastructure, reserved for Defense programs, which has hosted the Atos/Bull EXA1 machine since December 2021, with a power of 35 Petaflops
